In our yearly customer Satisfaction survey, we asked our Customers and Partners to judge the difference between Barrain and our colleagues (= other well known European extrusion tool manufacturers).
Main results:
- Difference in quality (general quality and output) +
- Difference in price (quality-price-relation) +
- Difference in SAS (Service After Sales) + +
- Difference in company size - -
- Difference in personal contacts + +
As you can see, four out of five main differences are positive. The only negative item is the size of our factory. Although we decided to continue to grow step by step, it is not our target to become a big company. We prefer to remain flexible with a motivated team in a flat organization.
For a good quality, you need experience, know how, empathy, an enthusiastic team and last but not least our French flexibility. Also the technical equipments should be up to date.
For that, we have the Engineering and Design Department, which is well equipped with:
- AutoCad and Solidedge CAD/CADD work stations
- Master CAM and GO ELAN CAM working stations
Furthermore, we have following Factory tools:
- DECKEL MAHO machining centers
- Rapid spark machining drills
- Latest generation CHARMILLES ROBOFIL cutting machines
- PLEXIGLASS machining centers
- Laser welders
